We live in a region called « La Dombes ». Surrounded by its illustrious neighbouring regions - the Bresse to the north (with its famous wildfowl), the Beaujolais to the west (and who has never heard of its wines?), the massif of Bugey to the east (a superb region - the foothills of the Alps), and Lyon to the south (recently classed as a "World Heritage" site by UNESCO), the Dombes itself also deserves its share of attention.
Our region is characterized by its numerous lakes which give it an atmosphere of its own. There are many sites which are worth a visit and a range of activities guaranteed to provide interests for the entire family
Close to the major regional routes, a few minutes are sufficient to join the motorways in the direction of Paris, Saint-Etienne, Geneva, Grenoble and Chambery, and Marseille.
